1.9.2021 (Major Bugfix!)


Bugfixes

These fixes took forever to implement but I think the work now? Or at least are better.

Fixed bug where players would be out of sync due to lag

Fixed bug where snipers would fall off the map occasionally on the blue side and were difficult to place


Mines:

This nerf should greatly reduce the power of mine rushing strategies since they were becoming very optimal and allowed people to snowball a huge lead quickly even with the cooldown. With that being said the cooldown is also getting decreased since its not as effective to spam mines anymore.

Gold production--> (AmountOfMines)/2 $ per 0.04 seconds per mine($12.5/s) changed to (log(2* AmountOfMines)/2 per 0.04s per mine (This means that for the first two mines, you will still get the same amount as earlier but it will progressively generate less and less money after that)

Cooldown 15s--> 10s.


Minions:

The damage output of minions were still far too high. They were way too well rounded especially with the fact that their damage is upon collision. 

Health: 100-->80

Speed: 50-->45

Cooldown: 0.9s-->1.0s


New: Summoners

Attack: 0
Health: 75
Speed: 0
Cost:$300
Attack speed: 1.5
Attack Knockback: 0
Cooldown: 8s
Ability: When enemies get too close, summoners will deploy units to fight for them! They will launch a summoner baby which has 1 health, 160 movement speed, 12 damage, and 2.5 knockback. However, babies will despawn if they get more than 268 pixels away from their base.



General:

In order to sync better, a new way was implemented for multiplayer. Now one player must open a second game tab and click create game. Then, both players click join game and enter the code and click connect. After both have connected, one player may click continue. One player should switch teams and the player with two tabs should select the tab that they arent not using to be the "host".
